Confronted by a specific workplace ethos, focusing on collaboration, inspiration, transparency and functionality for its staff, we feel that the talented team at Valmont Interiors have hit the nail on the head for their client NTT Communications.

And what they have seamlessly created, is an open plan area that allow the staff to feel both comfortable and connected and provide ample opportunity for extended team interaction.

The fit out features various spaces within, to provide appropriate form and function for a range of activities including ‘war rooms’, quiet areas and meeting points without disrupting views, transparency or line of sight between managers and teams.

With an additional focus on sustainable materials, such as recycled timbers for flooring, and the use of tactile and warm elements in eco acoustic paneling, leather and fabrics to soften the space, Valmont has achieved an airy feel maintaining a refreshing ambience.  The Injection of vibrant yellow, washed blues, and fluorescent orange add a playful aspect to the space.  This in effect reflects the culture NTT Communications is striving to embed.
